General Description:

Design, Develop and Maintain Web Applications

Essential Job Functions:

Lifecycle software application development including creation of requirements from customer input and system requirements; designing, coding and debugging applications; software code, requirements, and reliability analysis, software review, identification of code metrics, and system risk analysis; object-oriented design and analysis; software modeling and simulation; front end graphical user interface design; software testing and quality assurance; performance tuning, improvement, balancing, usability, and automation; support, maintain and document software functionality; integrate software with existing systems; evaluate and identify new technologies; project planning and project management; maintain standards compliance; and implement localization or globalization of software. Will use knowledge of Java, J2EE, Hibernate, Spring, Jasper Reports, web servers, web development services and web service oriented architecture, testing framework, database design, enterprise server development, Jboss, Apache, HTML, JSP, JavaScript, Jquery, SOAP, XML, MySQL, Oracle, and UNIX.

Qualifications, Education and Experience Requirements:

Bachelor's in Engineering, CS, or related field plus 2 years of experience

Job Title:

Continuation Engineering and System Analyst

General Description:

The individual is responsible for system analytics on released products to ensure that the organization’s operational and strategic objectives are met on relevant projects. This person will work with a variety of Corventis departments including product development, manufacturing, IT, quality, operations, and test groups. Provide guidance on making an issue a complaint. This position requires strong computer skills, attention to detail, positive professional attitude, and ability to work in a team environment

Essential Job Functions:

• Remotely operate Linux servers
• Create, maintain, and execute SQL queries for system reports, product improvement, and research
• Analyze product trends
• Identify improvements on the workflow or system and collaborate to implement the necessary changes
• Provide fast and efficient response to business needs
• Support the company values and product opportunities
• Perform other related tasks and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications, Education and Experience Requirements:

• 5+ years in Continuation Engineering, and/or Customer Support positions
• BS in Engineering or closely related technical/analytical field
• Medical device experience preferable
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite especially Excel
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented aptitude
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Desire/ability to work successfully in a small company environment
• Ability to learn and adapt to change
